Exclusive to the anime Legolas is a Regional Inspector for Jibral039s Royal Army. He first appeared after Shu and Blue Dragon defeated Ivanov and Gustav. Bouquet has a habit of accidentally injuring him. He has also helped Shu and Co. in any way he can.
