Shinobu Shinoda
篠田 忍 (しのだ しのぶ)
He is the pretty boy of the school the one most popular with the girls. He ends up being the library monitor and is one of the four boys that are in the room when Meiko is kissed. He always treats Meiko like a cat because of her eyes.
