Roshio

First Appearance: Chapter 222 Episode 146 Roshio was a pirate who was said to have a bounty of Belli 42000000 on him. Roshio is seen playing cards with Bellamy the Hyena in the starting chapters of the Jaya arc. While he wins fairly Bellamy challenges him otherwise then knocks him out of the top floor of the building they were in. Upon seeing Roshios crew down in the streets trying to carry him to get some muchneeded medical attention Bellamy then leaps down to finish him off with his Spring Hopper technique.
