Born on the planet Radion. A member of the Universal Peace Corp. His mission is to determine if Earth is ready for admittance into the Galactic Union of Worlds. He adopts the persona of Papii Bobby a normal boy to fit in on Earth though his real identity is that of Prince Planet. When faced with enemies he transforms from Bobby to Prince Planet.
