The mysterious sorcerer that can grant any wish except the restoration of live. Once a person looks at him they cannot leave until they make their wish or they die. His name remains unknown since he said there is a curse attached to his name. He also grants wishes to live if he doesnt fulfill a wish no matter how selfish it could be hell die. Though K is a cranky cold individual when he grants wishes they tend to in the end result in good rather than hurt.
