Hyou

Hy is a member of Konoha039s ANBU and a former member of the now disbanded Foundation. As most Foundation members he039s still loyal to Foundation039s founder Danz and is apparently trustworthy enough to be given the task of delivering topsecret information for him. He is introduced when acting as a gobetween for Danz and Sai reminding the latter about the will and purpose of Foundation while doing so.
