Cumber

Cumber is an ancient Saiyan. He is taken from his proper timeline by Fu and placed in the Core Area of the Prison Planet restrained by the use of a straight jacket and is given a Special Dragon Ball. The purpose behind Cumbers capture is to study and experiment his unique dark ki. Cumber appears to have some bad history with the Super Saiyan God as once he first saw Goku turn Super Saiyan God he became very agitated at the presence of a redhaired Saiyan. In the arcade game of Super Dragon Ball Heroes it is revealed that Cumber was summoned by the Dragon Balls after Fu makes a wish with them. Source: Dragon Ball Wiki Fandom
