Dr. Ochanomizu a recurring character in many of Osamu Tezukas manga including Astro Boy can be seen lecturing at Narita International Airport outside of Tokyo on HIV and safe sex. Dr. Ochanomizu was most famously seen as the mentor to Astro Boy and the creator of Astros sister and parents.
