He is close to Yutas three friends Masaki Emily and Kigumaro. He often wields nunchaku or Karate stick a two section staff and is a fan of Kungfu. He often uses Kung Fu moves when engaged in a fight. When forming Build Tiger or Super Build Tiger Power Joe forms the arms.
