Tokuma Dearu

Tokuma is the top employee of the CDV video rental store along with his best friend Shingo Yamazaki. He is known for his eccentric appearance always sporting a muffler a loose necktie and ahoge. Though aloof in nature and not very talkative he is a good listener and thus many friends and acquaintances come to him for advice usually asking him over the phone.
