Callistos Light used his familiar connection along with his own natural charisma to obtain presidency of the Jupiter Empire. Sharing Dogaties ambitions concerning Earth he set in motion a plan to construct a massive colony laser that will be fired upon Earth twelve times to cause the planets destruction.
