Yamakaji

ViceAdmiral Yamakaji Yamakaji Chj is one of the five Viceadmirals who lead the Buster Call on Enies Lobby. He seems to smile at all times even during a Buster Call. He is also a smoker of cigars just as Onigumo smokes cigarettes. His eyes are always closed and has a big brown beard. Source: One Piece Wikia
