Bellett was once the prince of a kingdom until his father visited the Kamabakka Kingdom and returned a woman. As a result Belletts kingdom suffered a great loss which forced him to become a pirate until his eventual imprisonment in Impel Down. Bellett sought revenge against Ivankov for his fathers transition although his revenge plan failed when Ivankov transformed him into a woman.
After Belletts transformation Ivankov offered that she could join him and his followers. Instead Bellett ran off in embarrassment.
