Place of Birth: Higashi Race: gir Height: 161 cm Mizuki came in contact with some Rhodes Island operators in the Bolvarian city of Dossoles and accompanied them back to the landship. After further investigation and evaluation he was approved for a longterm stay aboard the landship. His learning ability is rather exceptional and at this stage he is suitable for civilian work and Rhodes Island may consider training him to become an operator.
