A boy and Annas childhood friend. He lives in apt 303 and is Annas neighbor. He dyes his hair brown to try and look older. He has naturally permed hair curly. He is always dazed and he doesnt know how to wink. He doesnt own a cellphone but later on he got one and is not aware of the fact that he is popular. He is also a very talented artist and loves chipmunks.
