Xiao Liu

Liu Xiao is the younger brother of Liu Min and the second son in the Liu family. He met Li Tianchen by chance when they were both children. Later on he left to study abroad and finished his studies returning to China a few months after the events of Liu Mins passing and the Li Tianchen incident. Soon after he met with Li Tianchen again and stated his plan to bring more parallel lines together Liu Min is the older brother of Liu Xiao.
