Feitan Portor

A mysterious member of the Phantom Troupe Feitan is attired in what one would expect from a bandit dark clothes with a skullhead scarf that covers his mouth. Feitan seldom speaks but when he does theres usually a word missing. Feitans first language most likely isnt Japanese but he has shown to be rather proficient in the Chinese language. He is one of the original members hailing from Meteor City.
