He is one of the seven Level 5 espers ranking second after Accelerator and is the leader of SCHOOL one of the many underground factions. His power is production of the Dark Matter the substance which isnt supposed to exist in this world which makes him the opposite of Accelerator who specializes in destruction. He shares a rivalry with Mugino Shizuri team leader of ITEM and the number 4 Level 5 esper Meltdowner. He strives to become the strongest even if it means to kill off Accelerator. Hes also a ruthless cocky and coldhearted individual who shows no mercy or compassion towards his enemies or bystanders and wont hesitate to look down on anyone whom he deems inferior.
