Tarou Ootsuki

Ootsuki is the foreman of Kaiji039s gang in the underground labor camp. While he initially appears to be kind and helpful in reality he is just setting Kaiji up for an even bigger fall. He is the mastermind behind the dice game Chinchirorin.
