Kamitsure is the Gym Leader of Raimon Citys Gym. She specializes in Electrictype Pokmon and gives the Bolt Badge to Trainers who defeat her.
In the games Kamitsure uses two Emonga and a Zebstrika. In the anime she uses a Zebraika Emonga and Shibishirasu.
