Dr. Mashirito

Dr. Mashirito is the main antagonist of the Dr. Slump franchise and the archrival of Senbei Norimaki. His main goal is to conquer the world and surpass Arales power. In order to get that he will create many robots named Caramelmen or even make modifications to himself to earn destructive power. He is extremely evil agressive and rude. He stops at nothing to attain his goal despite many failures. While Dr. Mashiritos plans consistently end in failure one should not underestimate him as his intelligence is on par with or perhaps even surpasses that of Senbei. He is the creator of Obotchaman.
