Mikan Raigou

A female protagonist of Rising X Rydeen and an Electricaltype Stranger whose possessing abilities in manipulating electricity. Her stranger rank is A showing a high level of skill and power but also the selfinflicting danger of her own ability. The only major limitation to lightning dash is that Mikan can only move in straight lines so can be fairly telegraphic in combat. Her nickname is Lighting God to her enemies but Takara calls her Electric Mikan.
