Genshir Okikiba is the 3rd Seat of the 1st Division in the Gotei 13 under CaptainCommander Genrysai Shigekuni Yamamoto. As the Vandenreich attack Soul Society Genshir is in Yamamotos office. Yamamoto states that he is leaving and orders Genshir to stay and protect the 1st Divisions barracks.
