Owned by Kana. One of Hamtaros best friends in the series he has the biggest appetites of the HamHams and also has a crush on Pepper. Oxnard is frightened easily and loves to eat. He often carries around his special sunflower seed. He has a talent for tarot card reading which soon attracts the girls much to the dismay of the other boys.
