A young assassin hired by Lord Reiden to assassinate Kashburn Licen. For that purpose he has been hiding in Licens mansion where Alicia spots him while wandering. Due to his playful attitude he seems to have taken a liking of her soon and hasnt seemed very bothered by being discovered.
