Seiryu is the third member of the Four Beasts. A dragon demon he is extremely fast and capable of emitting youki to turn the opponent into ice. In the manga he is promptly chopped into pieces by Hiei before he can attack him making him the swiftestdefeated Saint Beast though due to Hiei039s skill not due to being weak. In the anime however he proves to be a dangerous foe nearly defeating Hiei before being killed himself. Middle C class demon.
