Shion is a sister although she doesnt dress like one of Earu Church. She and her Meister Otome Raquel Mayol go around to help people in need. Sifr Fran was rescued from a kidnap by them with request from Bruce Windbloom the king of Windbloom. Although Shion is the master of Raquel she often gets teased by her Otome.
