Can't login into account or recover password

Hi So Ive tried to login into my main account Sorines which I created Idontevenrememberwhen ago and just had syncd with MAL but I couldnt login no matter what. After several messages saying that the emails arent registered using those emails I tried to make an alt account but when I tried to register using them a message appeared saying that theyve been marked for spam so I had to register using Gmail. Can I change the email on my main? It is possible that I used a throwaway email for creating the account and dont remember so Id like to change it. Thanks in advance.
