Problems logging in

Recently I accidentally pulled my original TravecaoSHOW account tried to put my email and password as requested in the login but it ended up giving an error that the password or email was incorrect. I tried to change the password with the tool I left my password thus putting my email but was again giving account error not found. I tried to use other emails that I thought might work but none were found. please help me.
