Activity History not showing up

This past Friday 3 days ago I watched an episode as seen here: 500https://i.ur.com/n9CKwd5.png But its not showing up in my Activity History: 500https://i.ur.com/W5USpTa.png It seems like sometimes there is a disconnect between when a show is dated for the Activity feed and the Activity History grid. Sometimes when only one show is watched it doesnt register to the grid? Edit: When I inspect the time it even shows the full date as Fri April 19 2019 as can be seen here: https://i.ur.com/yf7NgFb.png
