Tokyo's m-city was attacked by aliens and now they occupy an “alien area” known simply as “The Space.” Ao Akashiro, a girl wearing a sailor suit uniform, often sneaks into “The Space." One day, she meets a “black cat” who can speak telepathically...... as she searches “The Space” for a “wish machine,” an alien relic that can make any wish come true.
