WARNING I will be writing spoilers in this review so dont read if you havent seen it I always looked at Digimon since childhood as the weaker Pokmon. Here I am knowing how wrong I was. Im going to be focusing on 3 elements in this review Story Characters and the Songs. This is my first review so Im new at this hopefully its ok. Story: This was by far one of the best movies I have watched this is strengthened because of the Journey all DigiDestined take. From when it started in Digimon Adventure to 02 through the Tri. movies and finally Last Evolution Kizuna. Though I havent been an OG Digmon watcher it still hits no matter what. First of all it brings back Parrotmon which appeared in Digimon: The Movie to start of. And the tragic story that all with a Digimon go through is what happens at the gate of becoming an adult and the end of their adolescence. The fact that they will have to part as soon as the timer goes down hurt my heart and the quenching goodbye signalling the end to this story is why I love this movie. Characters: Taichi Yamato Koushiro Sora Mimi Jou Takeru and Hikari have all grown up and look so amazing. But Agumon Gabumon Tentomon Piyomon Palmon Gomamon Patumon and Tailmon still look like their cute selves. And the cast of Digimon Adventure 02 are here to which just adds to the reunion and the emotions that can be felt seeing them interact altogether again. https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/782023869321445407/838472479436439554/taichiyamatowelcome.png?width=845height=473 Op Ed and OST: One thing that caught me was that in the fight with Parrotmon the original Butterfly from Digimon Adventure played and though I like Koji Wadas version of Butterfly more in the Tri. movies. This was to add more nostalgia to those who watched Digimon Adventure back then.
