I have rated this 40/100 for the only reason that the art style was quite decent. If I had gone just based on the story alone 20/100 would have been a far too generous rating. The story was the regular expected slice of life highschool love triangle for about 80 of its run. Nothing groundbreaking or special about it certainly nothing worth writing a review greater than 2200 characters long. Once it entered the last arc it changed to be nothing but bad things happening to a character who has had to endure far too many misfortunes already. Not TERRIBLE per se but at this point I am hoping that at least it will wrap up with the relationship that began this whole plot. To my surprise we reach a rushed ending. Even though for about four fifths of the series it had been dragging its feet... I can only assume the author wanted to finish with a bang so they decided to give us unnecessary drama and create a Big Bad event in the very last chapter. And since it all happened in the very last chapter there is no more time to explain anything at all. Instead we get what can I can only describe as a comic book version of a voice over giving us an extremely bland exposition saying that things got wrapped up off screen. Almost like an afterthought we are told that the biggest plot driver in the story is now moving abroad and that is how the story ends. No epilogue no conclusion not even any thing that could make us feel like we endured over 70 chapters for any reason whatsoever. Just end of story. Fin. The End. I feel cheated for having wasted my time reading this story. At least it did not take me more than a few hours to read all 74 chapters I can not imagine how people who read this while it was serialised must have felt after months of nothing but build up and no release at the end. Complete waste of emotional investment. I am only left with the question Why did I even read this in the first place? And that is why I decided to spend quite some time writing this review to match its length requirements even though I am not the type of person to be elaborate in my words only so that other people can save themselves the trouble of reading this story instead. Better yet if you are the type of person that likes to prove others wrong and holds no value to their invested time please feel free to read all 74 chapters of this manhwa and write an incredibly lengthy review of your own to make your point known. Maybe other potential readers will get some emotional pay off from our reviews and any drama they might bring. I can only hope that in doing so I will forget being salty about this manhwa and the grueling task of reaching the character requirements for its review.
