I dont do these often cause who cares but this one oh boy ill get right into it. It all starts out pretty normal girl finds girl sparks fly and things go along right? Wrong dead wrong i has the exact same problem as Komisan. emotionally stilted adult children that cant speak up properly even once about their thoughts and feelings nor does the story ever advance in any manner that matters at all. Which leads me into the extremely unhealthy and toxic co dependencies portrayed unlike i have seen before in recent years. The vampire girl can barely stand people talking with the dog girl worst case of this was in chapter 94 which made me stop. Vampire couldnt stand dog girl hanging out with friends so she quite literally ran to exhaustion to the location the other was at how is that cute? how is that healthy? Vampire girl also didnt want the dog girl working as a waitress where she OH NO would talk with other people in a friendly manner cause you know its not like its in the job description or anything. But oh that is not all we got a relationship too in there with a sizeable age difference and depending on how you see it a mild case of grooming. A witch protecting a village with a barrier meets a young child wolf who gets a crush on the witch i get it such crushes happen all the time but they later meet again and end up as partners WHILE THE WOLF IS STILL IN SCHOOL i might add. While most of the situation portrayed are not playing into either of them at first the more you get into it the more it becomes clear that any of the couples you see should not actually be together as its not healthy for any of them. Lest we forget one of the biggest gripes i have with all yuri stories love triangles while they all have been shut down when a character attempted to do so for now it doesnt make it any less annoying to see not one but several characters trying to gun it for any of the main characters. Side characters are kinda bland and dont really matter at all. But its not all doom and gloom the artstyle is nice and clean and the often use of chibis is pleasant to see and look at id say they are even the highlight of the whole thing they artstyle also never seems to fluctuate at all staying on a certain level of quality throughout. Sure they do portray some seriously unhealthy stuff but as an upside it means you wont have much in terms of stupid love triangles going on but that should not be a deciding factor for you. So all in all if you dont care about a good story or a realistic and HEALTHY portrayal of partners in a relationship go for it youll have a good time all the way through but if you value these things you may want to stay away from this one.
