The basic premise of the manga was pretty basic: a run of the mill romcom with your awkward introverted guy and a trendy airheaded gyaru something really common nowadays that end up inevitably living together due to the MCs father losing their apartment and leaving him in the care of a distant friend who ends up being this gals father to our protagonists chagrin. Her father is on a long trip though so this new duo ends up having to share a house. This mangas spin is that the protagonist is a master of cleaning who teaches the girl whos made a mess out of the house while living by herself how to clean for herself breaking the fourth wall whilst doing so so you learn cleaning techniques too: kinda like Hotaru teaching Kokonotsu about Dagashi in Dagashi Kashi. A common dynamic of the girl playing around with the MC with him gradually falling over her happens as someone would expect of lots of romcom. The girl too grows fond of him keeping the cycle alive. Now key is on was. Chapter 8 is what should be taken as the spiritual end of this manga. Not knowing the mangakas mind we dont know if it was intended as this but an end is hinted and seems inevitable with the MC being allowed to return but just as hes about to leave it was all actually a sham something that without knowing what was coming next actually seemed like a fun moment and a nice comedic resource. It fits the ambiance well the MCs deadbeat father had just messed up something youd expect of someone who lost his house and left his child alone this shamelessly. BUT... Right after chapter 8 everything starts falling apart: its like the mangaka went under a mental breakdown or got bored of the work as if he was told to keep the manga alive and had to take a Uturn right when finishing chapter 8. At first it seems everythings still alright the series of subchapters yes subchapters because the mangaka lost his head and did a series of chapters from 8.5 to 8.99 begins with the gal accidentally going to school with no underwear the MC noticing before she could and thus begin his attempts of covering so she can save face. Hilarity ensues although not the brightest comedy. Then they get inside a closet who knows why and the thing starts getting an erotic tone growing distant from the joke...At the moment this was released well lots of readers found it awkward but alright maybe it was a bit of the mangaka joking with us it was kinda tolerable. The worse was yet to come. Suddenly were introduced to the character of Class President. Shes the typical holier than thou personality and all seems to be building up to a harem situation. The President even awkwardly kisses with the MC by accident but shes blushy and mentions him as she knew him from before leaving on a cliffhanger for the coming chapter. Everything seems normal right? What could have gone so wrong then? Well the next chapter begins with a high school rape flashback scene. Were not forced on not one panel of a blurry sceen not a page of her telling her story but MULTIPLE CHAPTERS OF BORDERLINE HENTAI where the newly introduced President is forced upon by two delinquents on an violently graphical fashion. In fact even some doujin artists would find this piece of filth disturbing. I wont describe it anymore because its so deprived of reason so morally bankrupt but apparently thats the backstory between the MC and the President: the MC saved? her from rape and thus she loves him. Then suddenly after all that were thrown as if nothing happened to the original premise of the story. An average romcom situation were the MC hurts the gals feemings and has to make amends for her after realising hes fallen for her after all they shared. And an ending actually happens then probably because the mangaka was told to axe his abomination after all what had happened before. He even dares he dares to insinuate after reading all that that our reading experience was pleasureable and to look forward to his next work. Really doubt therell be any at least under that name. I dont really know who would like to read this after reading my or any of the other online reviews to this but if you dare: please stop at chapter 8. Let it end right there for you. Act as if it was axed at that moment and there are no other chapters left. Dont subject yourself to this noone deserves this. Ill give it a symbolic 1 just in remembrance of chapters 1 to 8. Because it really deserves the 0. Some people say the artist was just trolling because he got bored of his work but even then that is not an excuse: this is terrible and I dont even comprehend how someone sane would be willing to draw let alone draft the flashback chapters.
