Official Websitehttp://www.flowerldh.jp Flower was a Japanese girl group under the talent agency LDH JAPAN. They were originally a 4 member dance unit who served as back up dancers for the famous Jpop male group EXILE. Their agency later held an audition for girls in order to find more members for the unit and remodel them as a proper dance and vocal group. Among over 30000 contestants from all over the nation 5 girls were chosen to be the winners. Flower debuted as a 9 member girl group in 2011 with the single Still. Subsequently they also became one of the groups that formed the supergroup Egirls alongside their sister groups Dream and Happiness. The group followed a very different and unique style from any other ones. Their main genre of songs was ballad and their dance genres were lyrical and contemporary. Soon enough they went on to become one of the most beloved girl groups in both Japan and overseas with their heartrending ballads accompanied by soulful dance moves coupled with aesthetic music videos and live performances which only spoke of artistry. They found much success in their career with physical CD sells digital downloads and music chart positions. Unfortunately many of the members had to leave the group because of differing ambitions studies and health issues. In the end the last few remaining members decided to end activity of the group.
