João Ângelo

Joo ngelo was a Brazilian actor voice actor and dubbing director. In dubbing he started in 1961 at Ibrasom having as his teacher the director and voice actor Jos Soares. He joined the AIC around 1962 led by Emerson Camargo. On the occasion he participates in series and drawings such as The Witch 3rd 4th and 6th Seasons Lancer 1st Season Daniel Boone Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea 3rd Season Lost in Space 3rd Season Jeannie is A Genius Season 2 3 and 4 and Woodpecker. His most active period in the studio is from 19621976. In the 1970s he also joined lamo Odil Fono Brasil and BKS. In 1975 along with other colleagues Joo created a cooperative called ComArte which provided services to dubbing studios. The cooperatives main role was to work for Estdio Silvio Santos. The first TVS dubbing unit known as NDDTVS implemented by one of the stations directors Salathiel Lage was in a space in Anhanguera where Ba a Felicidade and Lojas Tamacavy operated all owned by Silvio Santos. Later this space would host the SBT. Later the nucleus was transferred to Vila Guilherme where the TVS studios used to be. The cooperative existed until 1980 when TVS created two fixed studios on the site Elenco and Maga. He remained active until mid2019 when he retired. He died on July 13 2021.
