She graduated in Japanese Studies Fashion Management Journalism and Social Communication and a course in food chemistry at McGill University in Canada. In 2014 she defended her doctorate on culinary culture. Currently she is engaged in research devoted to forecasting trends history of cuisine neurogastronomy culinary tourism food anthropology and diplomacy. Over the years he has spread the nutritional culture at meetings lectures and culinary workshops. She has also translated many works from Japanese to Polish.
