Ryou Tatsuki is a Japanese Mangaka. She mainly drew OneShots during her career but she is more widely known for her mange Watashi ga Mita Mirai in which she predicted the date of the Tsunami that hit Japan in 2011.
Her career ended in 1999 but she had some manga related activities in 2021 for the reedition of Watashi ga Mita Mirai.
