Alèxia Miravet

Translator interpreter and Japanese teacher at Espai Daruma. She graduated in Translation and Interpreting from the Autonomous University of Barcelona UAB and studied for a year at Ryukoku University in Kyoto. She also has a masters degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language from the University of Barcelona UB. She was a teacher of Japanese language and culture at the Escola Universitria de Turisme de Barcelona attached to the University of Girona and has spent several years teaching Spanish to Japanese. She also worked for a Japanese sports company in Tokyo for five years as an interpreter translator and coordinator. She currently combines the translation of manga books and movies with the teaching of the Japanese language.
