Born Chicago Illinois USA Newman has also had roles in Dragon Ball Z RoboCop Alpha Commando and Beast Machines: Transformers as well as MegaMan NT Warrior and Bucky OHare and the Toad Wars. He also provided archvillain Phaetons voice in the animated television series Exosquad.
