Akira Ito It Akira is a manga artist. Ito drew YuGiOh R while the creator of the YuGiOh franchise Kazuki Takahashi came up with the storyline. Itos drawing style is similar to Takahashis. Ito later cocreated Cardfight Vanguard in collaboration with Satoshi Nakamura technical advisor for Duel Masters and Bushiroad president Takaaki Kidani he is also the author of Cardfight Vanguard manga and Cardfight Vanguard G: THE PROLOGUE as well as the illustrator/designer of several cards in the Cardfight Vanguard game.
