Aplus or S grade whichever you prefer. 9: A great anime. This is where shows like KOn S1 or Sangatsu S1 go as well as anime that I adore heavily. A grade. 8: A good anime. Has some rough edges but still something that stands out. Bplus or Aminus grade. 7: Better than average at the very least but might not be so remarkable. Something like a Cplus Bminus or B grade. 6: Average not remarkable but still enjoyed watching just a little. Here and above is something that I enjoyed and would probably put a smiley face on to some degree. C grade. 5: Meh not an absolute failure might have some good parts but overall mediocre. 4 to 1: If its stuck here I think its bad mainly based on the story being bad or otherwise too frustrating to enjoy. F grade. Higher or lower depending on subjective opinion on production soundtrack or otherwise having anything redeemable. Remember that all ratings are arbitrary and opinion that opinions can change whenever it wants to change. OVAs or other weird stuff I may or may not give a rating depends on if I want to or whatever. Planning It Even Harder: Since my Planning is basically all the anime that Ive heard of and think might be interesting to watch and is such a gigantic list I use this to sort out the stuff I actually want to watch soon. Something Special: Basically any anime that has something very interesting or special in some way about it but isnt necessarily a 10 on my list. Maybe its something important in developing my taste for the better? Or maybe it has a REALLY good component that more than compensates for some short comings?
