I grew up watching mostly the Toonami lineup that was airing during that time. Mainly Naruto DBZ Shaman King and The Prince of Tennis etc. Recently Ive found myself reading manga more than I have been watching anime but that is always subject to change. Both my anime and manga lists consist of only series I have read/watched since I entered college. I have completed some series from my childhood but I do not want to rate them without rewatching them so that nostalgia doesnt affect the scores of these series. As you can see my plan to read/plan to watch lists are pretty extensive so I guess you could say that completing these series are my journey through anime and manga. My On Deck Lists are the anime and manga series I will be taking on next. Any anime put in the Watch Without Filler list is anime I am either planning to watch watching currently or finished without the filler episodes. If a manga is in the Paused and also in the Completed Current Physical Copies sections of my manga list it means that I am waiting for more physical copies to release. This is not a critical list. Majority of my rating is based on how much I enjoyed a series rather than how good its animation art style etc. compare to other series. If a series has a strong story and a strong cast of character then more times than not I will enjoy the story. I will not rate a story high strictly because it is critically acclaimed. There are genres of series I do not enjoy which might cause them to receive a lower score than you feel it deserves.
