What can I say about C3 other than its strange that the folks at Silver Link looked at this okay as story and decided to go as hard as possible with its animation and OPs especially the OPs. The animation style is really cool and does make the show a fair amount more entertaining than its story would alone. The characters and world have potential but they just havent been fleshed out enough to get there. Ueno is the only character that I feel comfortable calling good with what shes given. Also I think the story needs to do more to actively build Fears backstory into her character. Like its weird that a torture device that probably spent most of its time in a dungeon is afraid of spiders. Its not impossible but getting a reason why would serve to further characterize her which would be greatly appreciated. Why do the Battle Front Liberation Knights only send one lady to destroy cube and why dont they send in anyone else once shes defeated? Are the Laboratorys operatives just standing around to watch stuff happen or what? At what point does a cursed object gain the ability to turn into a person? I wouldnt be surprised if the LNs resolved this stuff later on but the show needed to find a way to do within its own confines. 6/10
