People who hang out together, laugh and cry together, bond over their own ridiculous in-jokes, squabble, and plan nonevents. Not “friends” if these misfits could make friends, why would they be in the club in the first place? Or so they think! It seems outsiders may see things very differently. With no normal friends in sight, the club members continue to band together for both special and mundane occasions, whether it’s choosing Halloween costumes, making the first shrine visit of the new year, helping each other find work, or simply trying to recruit new members.
