Im a nerd who watches anime when he should be studying and studies when he should be sleeping. I also enjoy brutally tough video games of the type that make me scream in agony and despair. My hobby is being obnoxious. Sadly I actually havent been able to watch a lot of anime recently because of school pressure but I could still get in a show or two once in a while. My hobby is still being obnoxious. My favorite anime: Violet Evergarden My favorite manga: Berserk My favorite Light novel: Three days of happiness My favorite video game: Celeste My favorite visual novel: The house in fata morgana My favorite anime MC: Violet Evergarden from Violet Evergarden My favorite anime villain: Chainsaw man spoiler My favorite waifu: Holo the wise wolf from Spice and Wolf My favorite anime OST: Made in abyss My favorite Hentai fetish: Shall remain unrevealed. HOW I RATE ANIME: I value pretty much everything that makes a show and I tend to think that one good aspect could carry a show quite a bit hence you will see that my ratings tend to be pretty high as I enjoy most things I watch and if I dont enjoy it I tend to drop it in like 5 episodes and I tend to not bother including things I dropped on my list. Basically even if a show has just one solid thing that I liked about it be it welldeveloped characters an epic and exiting plot deep philosophical ideas or just pure fun it would end up getting a pretty decent score from me even if the rest is nothing to gawk at. In fact as long as I enjoyed myself when watching it whatever the reason the score would be pretty decent take Fairy Tail for example. I could agree that the Writing gets atrocious like in most of the villains and in the stupid power of friendship fights but regardless I enjoyed fairy tail for entirely different reasons so I could pretty much forgive it. Most of the things I watch apparently had at least something I liked about them so yeah my scores are generally pretty high. Though ultimately I really decide it by feeling alone depends how much I think the good aspects carry the show. TLDR: I think that enjoying the good sides of a show is more important that criticizing the bad ones.
